New member from Oxfordshire

Post by Wocka » Sat Sep 21, 2013 1:07 pm

Hi there,

I was a member of FDMC 15-20 years ago when I lived in Farnborough, I'm interested in getting involved in club motorsport again.

I've owned an E36 M3 for the last 6ish years, it's seen a few trackdays but nothing competitive. I'm interested in tarmac courses, so AutoSolos? Hill climbs and auto tests should be ideal?

Any other E36 owners on here? I'd be interested in what's needed to comply to the regs.

Cheers

Chris

Hi Chris,

AutoSolos are a great start back into competitive motorsport. Sprints and hill climbs are fun though, depending on how modified your car is, and therefore what class you are going to end up in.

Welcome back to the club

Come down to the sprint at Eelmoor on October 6th, see whats happening, bring your car too and you are bound to find plenty of fellow petrol heads you will help you.
