Prescott this weekend?

Post by Pewe » Thu Apr 24, 2014 12:10 pm

There's the opening round of the BSHCC taking place there this weekend.
SWMBO and I will be going to spectate on Sunday.
Weather forecast looks like sunshine and showers which should make for some interesting conditions.
If you haven't been before it's the opportunity to see everything from Vintage through to modern at close quarters both on the track and in the Paddock.
The top runners drive F1 style single seaters and go through the finish trap at c140mph - meaning they all have massive cahoonies as the course is tight, twisty and narrow.
We'll be in the red Eunos - Moss and MeisterR stickered.
BTW avoid parking on the grassy areas if it's wet/damp - some poor unfortunate slid down the slope into other parked cars last year and it took a breakdown truck to separate them!
See you there?
Cheers, Pewe

Is it about time we had Prescott on the ACSMC calendar? Getting bored with Devon and Cornwall and only have Gurston Down by way of a change.

I'll be in Prescot this weekend but I don't think it will as much fun.

Edit as this has caused confusion. I do mean Prescot with one 't', it's somewhere else and I won't be there for motorsport reasons.
