Got the results sheet through, thanks Rich. Controversial to say the least. Although I'm never going to trouble the leader board I do think that if you are fastest overall, you are fastest overall. If one wants to compete for FTD, then get a faster car or as in my case, learn to drive it better. Budget motorsport should be about enjoyment mainly due to the fact that it is budget motorsport and there are classes to be competed in as a measure. In short, the index system is not for me.

I'm well chuffed with 4th in class but it didn't compare, for me, with having great fun. Unlike last time, I left the new tyres on and had grip all day long. It was still an excellent day.

Very good, I'd say that was probably a candidate for the best promotional video for a Solo I've ever seen it captures the fun element down to a tee!
