This letter notifies you of the Annual General Meeting which will be held on Tuesday 28th February at the Mytchett Centre starting at 8pm. This is your chance to hear from the committee about what has been achieved in 2016, some plans for 2017 and you have the opportunity ask questions of the committee.

Taking part in FDMC’s committee has many interesting and rewarding aspects, and opportunities to put your ideas into action. With a wide range of current events, plus more which are being explored for the future, there are lots of opportunities which you can contribute to. If you’re interested in finding out more, please do discuss it with me or any other committee member (this could be more productive than trying to decide ‘on the spot’ at the AGM, whether to volunteer). And it is very likely that your enthusiasm and experience can bear fruit for us all. Apologies and Proposals to the club secretary please, BrettDaniels@FDMC. org.uk or text to 07834 233191.

If you are unable to attend the AGM and have a question, please email Brett in good time. The AGM is followed the Annual Awards presentation. Please come along collect an award as well as congratulate other award winners and share in their success.

If you were awarded an annual trophy at the last AGM, please return it to a committee member so that it can be engraved ready for the 2017 presentation.

The AGM is also an excellent time to also chat with other club members and discuss 2017 plans and what you may plan to do in the world of club motor sport. The drinks bar will be open too.
