Bent wheel

Post by Rich » Mon May 25, 2009 10:03 am

I have a bent alloy (please note that I didn't bend it!!)

Is there a way I can fix it? It is a genuine two piece split rim, so I can take the rim off the centre.

Any advice over local places that can fix it?

Here is the man you need. He is up Nr york and does a top quality job inc wheels for wrc cars and I am sure at the speed they travel they trust his work. IF he says it cant be repaired make sure you get it sent back. Not because he is fibbing you but as I have been to his workshop I have seen the 40yd skip bin full of ally wheels. Ally wheels fetch about 5-6.50 a wheel at the scrap man. Weigh it in yourself
